The suite at HaItza in Pyla-sur-Mer was absolutely amazing! It had a bedroom, a separate living room, and not one, but three balconies with a glimpse of the sea. The glazed bathroom opened onto the cozy bedroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom even had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a dressing room. As a couple who loves spacious rooms and beautiful views, we felt like we hit the jackpot!
Honestly, we can't think of anything we didn't like. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum and was impressed by the conference room they provided, with a 50-person capacity. The room was well-equipped and facilitated seamless discussions and presentations, making it a great choice for corporate events.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office facilities on-site.

We absolutely loved our stay at this seaside resort close to beautiful beaches. The staff provided excellent service and the facilities were top-notch. The modern, stylish room with a balcony had great amenities like good wifi and plenty of outlets for chargers. The double-sized shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The pool area was comfortable and partially shaded, with a sparkling pool to cool off in. The hotel's proximity to reasonably priced restaurants and the lively Pyla-Sur-Mer was a major plus.

An exquisite gastronomic experience at the two-Michelin-starred LE SKIFF CLUB, a stunning reception hall for memorable weddings, and a Ren spa for luxurious relaxation. All this, plus the helpful information kiosk for my seafaring adventures - perfect for my well-preened self.
Where were the mountains of pillows for my perfect lounging?

The breakfast was decent and some of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and a nice place to relax after a long day of meetings.
The room was too small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. The furniture was outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the noise outside kept me up at night, making it hard to sleep. this hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room and the amenities offered.
